I had another supplier potentially lined up, but when asking them a technical question and getting no response whatsoever, I came here to check the reviews (which were unsurprisingly poor!). I then searched for other solar suppliers on here and found The Eco Supermarket. I’m so glad I did!

My experience is similar to many on here, in that Ollie provided great customer service, quickly answering my questions (I had a few, since this was my first experience of solar). After discussing options and changing my potential order as a result, we arrived at a quote which was very competitive and reasonable. I was happy and confident to make payment once the items were in stock, and a couple of days later they were carefully delivered to my property.

I have waited until installation to write this review, but everything is working perfectly and exactly as I’d hoped, even better in some cases. I’m now almost completely off-grid and I can get all my data and adjust settings on an app and/or online which I love - almost as much as having almost no electric bill any more!

I’d highly recommend The Eco Supermarket based on my experience. I ordered six large panels, a hybrid inverter and 10kw battery. Thanks Ollie!
