The ordering process was straightforward. I chased after 4 days as the pack hadn't arrived. I received an immediate response confirming dispatch. The service would be 5 stars if delivery was quicker or at the least, tracking was available.

All excellent - If you have AR stickers put on the books it would be worth asking that they aren't put on the bar codes to make scanning easier.
