I was really pleased with the service given at National Tiles. Initially was served by a young man (who has now left the company to pursue his career) I didn't get his name, but he was very helpful with my questions & lending me tiles to take home. When we chose our tiles for the kitchen & went back to National Tiles to buy them, the staff (in particular one fellow, who I don't have his name) was great when serving us. We would recommend National Tiles for their excellent service, their very large range of tiles & for the quality of tiles. We will shop there again for sure!

The range of tiles is quite extensive but what is apparent is the lack of staff and experienced staff. When the staff member eventually asked if we needed assistance, offered no suggestions and then took an extraordinary length of time to complete the purchase.

The best customer service. Michaela rose to the challenge of helping me choose the right tile and making sure my tiles were delivered on time. She had an understanding of the building process and why my tiles had to be delivered on the nominated day. She went over and above to make this happen. Thank you !

"People were great but....."
People were great. No complaints here. However, I keep pointing out 1 problem which is falling on deaf ears with no feedback or any promise to fix the problem. Here it is. It takes 2 weeks to get tiles from Melbourne to Adelaide. I could drive over and back in 2 days. Answer please. This is the only reason that stops me from buying 200% more products. They need to atleast halve this delivery time for me to give 5 stars

"The sales people at Mile End Adelaide…"
The sales people at Mile End Adelaide were fantastic. Especially Tania. Brilliant designer. The National line to add grout as an addition to the order didn’t realise I could’ve gone straight to Mile End and pick up the additional grout. As a result of adding the grout to the tile order it delayed delivery by 5 days. Also the national line forgot to add one of the grouts so I had to go to Mile End anyway.

Great service at Melton and great price. We didn't needs all of our tiles immediately and NT were willing to warehouse and deliver when required. All in all, 3 separate drops. Great overall experience
