"Prestige, simply not good enough"

Contacted Prestige for a chassis inspection , I was told I would have to pay the fee and then they would set up an appointment however two weeks after transferring the funds and a phone call after a week to chase the appointment they still have not contacted me. I has now asked for a refund. in short PPP, not impressed.

We have used Ben Chapman and Prestige Developments for a rolling programme of works at our house since 2018. These works include bathroom refurbishments, a garden room extension (including decking and bi-fold doors), a new central heating boiler and system upgrade, and a complete overhaul of the house frontage involving new boundary walls and electric gates and extensive block paving and landscaping. It goes without saying that we have been very pleased with the work which has been done during this period and we will be engaging Ben and his team at Prestige Developments in relation to some further projects very shortly. Ben is very knowledgeable and has helped us during the past three years with a number of sensible and practical suggestions and ideas in relation to our works. The projects have always come in on budget even when unexpected issues have arisen and Ben has always been available to us. Ben and his team are friendly and approachable and I have already recommended Ben and Prestige Developments to a work colleague. We are looking forward to continuing our rolling programme of works with Ben and his team at the helm.

"Very good work and professional"

Very good work, had a full kitchen refurb from bare brick and other work including knocking walls down in a hall way and blocking upstairs airing cuppboard to create large bespoke hand hand wardrobes. All the staff are polite and hard workers. I was always kept up to date and trusted them when I was not home.
