"Tried to use Georgia Divorce online"
Tried to use Georgia Divorce online. Submitted paperwork had some issues come up and had to move to another county in Georgia. When I tried to resume the process albeit 9 mos later I was informed they could not help me due to the change in County. I asked for a refund as their website says GEORGIA Divorce online not specific Counties divorce online. I was told no refund! Misrepresentation for sure.

"With children, and living in a different state "
It took about 3 months to get everything done. I am very pleased. Thank you all the team who help me step by step. This is way cheaper that hiring an attorney and they do this for you. You don’t need to go nowhere but to pick up a copy of your documents at the court. Thank you Lissa. If you and your spouse to be divorced have everything clear and agree even if you both have children and live in a different state everything will be easy. I really recommend it.

Obviously not something I wish on anyone, but the process was smooth and to the point.

"Excessive wait and run around with out completion, incorrect paper work"
Update 4:
After weeks of having to email, call, and complain, a refund was finally issued.
I stand by my assessment of this company though, go hire a real attorney which knows GA law and can get what you want done. I got one and it's amazing how everything got drawn up correctly paper work wise in less than three days, and filed in less than a week. Where as this company said it couldn't be done.
Update 3:
They only refunded part of the initial fee, $145. However, the notary fee of $475, of which the notary was never used since they couldn't do the paper work correctly, has yet to be refunded. It looks they just took my money and ran with it.
Update 2:
The paralegal, lisa, working for this company has stated she cannot compilte the paperwork correctly, refuses to do the job paid for, and apparently doesn't know ga law very well - at least compared to an actual attourney here in ga. The paralegal has flat out refused to do the contracted work and has stated that a refund will be issued.
My final estimate is that you should save yourself the time and trouble of using this sham of a company and get a real attourney who will take care of what you need instead of lying to you and trying to slip in hidden terms into your paperwork.
------------------------------------------------------
Update 1:
So they took final payment after 9 days of the initial draw up; however, the paper work was incorrect. Listing titles to the wrong people, calling for compensation, even trying to force the sale of the house. Supposedly they're going to get in touch to fix it all, we'll see. Been nearly a month, and some how the paper work was completely different from how it was filled out on the forms.
------------------------------------------------------------
So, the initial fees have been paid, the paperwork has been reviewed by myself and my soon to be x, but it's been on hold now for notary and final payment for over 8 days. Chat and phone inquiries only get a run around and nothing is getting done other than them saying, "oh, it should arrive in a couple of days." Well, it's been nine days and nothing, and there has been no real help from customer service. At this rate I am inclined to believe the service is a scam and I am considering taking it to court.

"Outstanding service!"
Great service! Lisa was awesome to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.
Did they do anything I could have done myself? Nope. Was it worth it to be sure I didn’t miss anything and it was all done properly? Abso-fricken-lutely! They made this so easy.
I see people leaving reviews about surprise charges. I don’t recall any surprise fees. Everything is explained up front. I also saw reviews talking about needing other forms and the case being dropped. Well, up front they tell you this is for simple, uncontested divorces, where you already have an agreement for division of money, property, custody of any children, and any alimony or child support. If you and your ex don’t already have that figured out, then you need to pay an attorney to help with figuring all that out. They’re not going to do all of that extra work for free.
Too long, didn’t read? Use the service for an uncontested divorce, when you and your ex already agree on everything. They’re quick and easy to use and responsive to questions and concerns! Highly recommended!

"This was the best experience I could’ve…"
This was the best experience I could’ve hoped for through such a process. We had tried and failed several times on our own, and were reluctant to say the least. After 8 years attempting, we finally received the email of final decree!!!! I’m so grateful. I highly recommend!
