service was good - i was telephoned prior to shipping to check details. Order arrived promptly in good condition.
Was disappointed with one item- the circus carriages- this included just 3 animals, not 4 as described. Also the animals will not fit through the 'sling bridge' which was another part of my order. I would have liked to have known this prior to ordering so that i could make an informed decision about my purchase.
