"I bought a pair of black wireless…"

I bought a pair of black wireless AirPods. I received them quiet quickly and was happy with the way they looked. However trying to get them to pair up is a nightmare and still is every time I try to use them. They keep jumping between one headphone working and two. The sound quality isn’t very good and the battery power display isn’t accurate. I’ve tried to email them with no reply and when I tried to go to there website it redirects me to a different website. Don’t even consider buying from them!!!!

Do not buy from this company. I bought replica Apple Airpods to find only one earpiece works. I asked for a refund and a couple of weeks later I received an email saying I had been refunded. No money was refunded, and weeks later I'm still waiting. I keep sending emails but all I get is an automated reply. Don't waste your money.

Awful product an awful customer service. I wasn’t expecting the quality of the original Apple AirPods. However, I was expecting a product that will work properly. Is your phones don’t work correctly, the battery does not last as long as they claim, connectivity is born, and the sound quality is poor for myself. I tried to contact Customer service and be happy ignore me, you haven’t even replied to my emails.
It’s definitely a scam, my advice is don’t trust the appearance of this product; pay a little more and you’ll get a lot more.

Terrible service placed an order on the 4th July and still not received my item I've emailed 3 times, I understand that there has been problems with Covid19 but that doesn't stop from emailing back. The fact they took money out my bank account and there is no way I can track the item and the only way you can contact them is email.

"Absolutely terrible service"

Absolutely terrible service from Audium, I am very disappointed - I ordered some “i12” AirPods”, arrived however only one of the AirPods actually works and produces sound. Also they work actually more like speakers than ear phones, and the music can be heard easily when they are in your ears, even when they’re on a low volume ! Sound quality isn’t great either. I have emailed them over a week ago now with absolutely no response or help with what to do with them and how I can get a refund or return them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless you want to be ripped off with awful ear phones.

I recently purchased 2 pairs of It2 earphones. One set was fine, but the with the other set the left earphone would not work.
I emailed Audium and they responded very quickly and immediately dispatched a replacement pair, which they tested first. They arrived the next day and work perfect. Thank you Audium for a very professional and caring service. 10 out of 10
