"Excellent removal men"

Very punctual last week, after making a last minute removal for 4 days later. I took them round and went through what needed to be taken to my new house.
The gentlemen were very efficient and very polite.
When we got to the new house they asked where items needed placing.
Everything was unloaded and put exactly where I wanted it and the job was finished quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend

"A model of excellent customer care"

Rob and his team were just fantastic. They are so well organised that you know you're in safe hands. They move things with such efficiency and with immense care. Nothing is a problem. One of his team is a complete whizz at reassembling furniture. On the day of my move, there was a glitch at the solicitors which created a gap between moving out and moving in. Rob's team were totally unphased and relaxed about the delay. Along with their impressive efficiency, they are all really nice people. We couldn't have had a better experience. They are a model of excellent customer care.

These guys moved us yesterday from a 1 bed bed flat to a two bedroom cottage. Words cannot express how amazing they are. We found them through a comparison site and were a little skeptical at that price quote with how cheap they were. Rob and I'm assuming his son were so efficient. Loading took no time at all and unloading my partner said they were like magicians, he blinked and they were done.

They put everything where you ask, don't just empty the van and go. They put the bed in the bedroom and took the mattress up. We ended up paying them more than we agreed due to how great they were. What was supposed to be a super stressful day turned out to be the easiest part of moving thanks to them.

I'm pretty sure the boxes arrived in better condition than we left with. They handle everything we extreme caution as of everything was made of glass. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you both for all your help!

Very quick and efficient. It was such a huge relief to have Boris Removal come and take care of moving my boxes without having to worry about it. They also put a carpet down so they wouldn't dirty the new place's carpet.
