They sent me an offer of three free lures and a neck gaiter around Christmas. Used their offer to redirect to their site. Filled out the information and started a subscription. Didn’t get the free lures and gaiter, contacted them and cs said they would ship it out immediately. Waited a month no items, reached out to cs again and now they said they won’t send them. This is a company with poor customer service and now it cost them a customer.

"Charged for an order that I didn't place"
I started to place an order, got close to end and backed out of it. Never got logged in to my account to finish it but, to my surprise a pending charge shows up on my credit card. No order shows up on my account. I try to find a phone number, and none available (that seems pretty "fishy" to me!!!). Emailed and got a response saying "unfortunately, our company does not provide refunds" .....well thats all fine and dandy if I had actually placed an order. A second email to them has provided nothing, but recognition of receiving my email which demands to cancel any order showing in my name. They have a choice to make, lets see if they make the right one.

"Issue sorted"
I've been billed for the monthly subscriptions now and yet have received nothing. I've tried to contact them on many occasions and have been ignored. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

After posting on Trustpilot, they have now contacted me. Have provided WTS with dates and amounts of 4 subscriptions that I've paid without getting any lures. Will update this again when they come back to me.

Sam from WTS has contacted me and been very helpful in sorting this out. I'm confident now that I will receive the lures, just waiting on postal service now.

"Not what I was expecting...."
The two stars I'm giving are for the good customer service and the fact that some of the proceeds are going to a good cause. I ordered the Pro box and I'm pretty disappointed. The pictures on the website show a good mix of branded baits in original manufactures packaging. What I received was basically a blister pack of unbranded baits which looks like something that you would find in the fishing section of a big box store. It's not something that I would buy again, but unfortunately I have 2 more months already paid for. I can't believe that someone though this change was a good idea. I do not recommend.

Thank you for the reply. Thank you for the offer for replacement baits, but I did not write my review to get free product. I wrote my review so that other people who look at the pictures on your website understand that the pictures do not represent what they will receive. Also, just because a bait is made by the same manufacture that makes top quality baits, doesn't mean that it will be the same quality. Top bait companies spend years developing baits and to say that a different bait is the same quality because it is manufactured in the same factory is at best misleading. Again, thank you for the reply and the offer.

Great quality lures! When I compared to buying lures at other tackle shops, I am saving quite a bit of money. Im getting the standard box and its about $17 a month. I get about 5 lures each time. At a tackle shop I would be paying between $5 to $9 for each type of lure they send. So I'm saving at least $15 or more. The only thing I would say needs improvements, is the shipping time, or I would have given 5 stars. However, its worth the wait.

Extremely happy with the quality of lures that are in their boxes. I have tried other fishing tackle subscription boxes, and Warriors is on the top. I like how their lures are custom and you can’t get them in any stores.

The solidity and quality of the lures made by them is unmatched. Seriously, the crankbait I received feels and performs better than any Rapala I've ever used. The jerkbait as well just performs beyond compare. There are others, but I don't feel I need to get into the nitty gritty about every one.
Customer service is top notch as well. There can be some hiccups if you talk to the wrong person, but they are quick to rectify any issues that you have, even if you talk to the wrong person. They are very friendly, and I love that this is a veteran owned business. Troops branching out and becoming more well rounded is something that is rare and great to see. Please support these guys, if not for the veteran status, then for the quality lures. You won't be disappointed.
Last note, they really listen to feedback. If you let them know something is messed up in any way, they'll fix it if they can and quickly. There's not many companies that will do that. This is a small company for now, but I truly believe they'll be big soon, so get in while the gettin's good!

I tried other fishing subscription boxes out there and I feel Warriors tackle supply is the best one. I love their custom branded lures. I have caught my personal bests with their brand. Quality lures, great colors, and awesome Spartan eyes.
