We ordered furniture from this establishment. When we ordered the 28 chairs we asked for the same colour matching the previous 50 we already have.

They sent the wrong colour and we've been trying to come to some sort of agreement, after 4 weeks of waiting and giving us the run around all they came up with is for us to pay for them to be reupholstered

They looked at our previous order and said the colour is no longer available and sent us ivory even though we asked for the same as our previous order so they all match.

Customer service is an absolute disgrace. No solution has been offererd to us and we will never order this place again. I would give zero stars if possible
