I was at Fortune Park Hotel Dalhousie and had a chargin of only 30% on my Tata Tiago EV. The hotel people said that the charger isn’t working. I called up Zev Point customer service and Rishi went out of his way to help me.

I have a Tata Nexon and I was provided a 3.3 kw portable charger with the car. When I asked for a 7 kW charger, they asked 50k extra for it. The charger provided with the car is very inconvenient and works only with rfid.
i got zevpoint charger for 35k and it has great features like current adjustment and also I can monitor the charging sessions.

I must say, as on date it is the best charger in the Indian market
