I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Zensurance. They advertise rates as low as $19/month, but when I signed up, I was charged $66/month—more than three times the advertised price! There was no clear explanation for this price difference, and their customer service provided little to no help in clarifying it.

The problems didn’t stop after I canceled my policy. Even after cancellation, I am still being charged because Zensurance financed my policy through Insurance Financial Services (IFS), something they never made clear upfront. Now, I’m being told I have to continue paying, even though I no longer have an active policy. Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare, with both Zensurance and IFS bouncing me around with no real solution.

For a company that claims to make business insurance easy, Zensurance has done the exact opposite. Misleading pricing, lack of transparency, poor customer service, and a cancellation process designed to trap customers make this a terrible service. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND Zensurance to any business owner looking for honest and reliable insurance.
