The program was easy to follow and processes were explained and demonstrated well. I thought it was great that you could review often and watch over and over until you were sure you understood it. A co-worker and I took the course and it allowed us to watch and communicate with each other and helped us to help each other with any questions. For example, if one understood an area and the other missed something, we could replay while explaining.
Overall, the program made learning enjoyable as well as educational.
