Terrible experience. If you’re looking for anything close to professional service, look elsewhere. They don’t communicate, and the whole process was a mess. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Was doing their job, reached at collection point 20 minutes earlier, but parcel already gone by someone else, when informed them they told to wait then half hour later they told job cancelled, informed them about our company policy of cancelling job at collection is 75%, he got angry and agreed to pay 50%, later he put negative comments against our company and me . Very unprofessional behaviour by them.
