Been a tenant for 8 months and this was the best experience ever had with a Real Estate Agency.
Chelsea and Jason - who followed me during my staying have always been really helpful, professional and always ready to satisfy all my needs and requests.

I just finished my tenancy of 3 months.

My father gave me horror stories of property agencies, however SEXI property are perfect.

Not once did they abuse/ breach contract but they provided free support and care such as an electric heater during the very cold days, fix the boiler for free etc.

the did all that when i was not present and ALWAYS asked for permission to enter the apartment!

Moreover they were VERY honest in their review with the security deposit of £900. Again, my father told me horror stories however SEXI property gave back an honest observation and charged £0. I honestly expected a cheeky £3 but nope!

Outstanding service and management and I WILL be using SEXI again when i come back to liverpool 🥳👍

Jason helped a lot to carry lots of heavy stuff from the ground floor to the top floor, which were around 100kgs in total. It was very thankful and this experience will be unforgettable for me.

Sexi properties have been great. I have never had to worry about a thing! All the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Renting my first home was daunting so the 24 hour service was a huge weight off my shoulders. Jason in particular was there to answer any questions and was very helpful.
