"This is a shocking company - DO NOT USE"

This is a shocking company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered stickers and wanted a fast turn around time. They couldn't deliver and started making excuses - "it's ramadan", "it will be done late", "we didn't realise it will take time to cut" - the other complaints here are the same - so they are consistently doing this.

I clearly stated what I wanted and have the messages to prove it was all agreed - and they just continue to make excuse after excuse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

There are hundreds of not thousands of companies in the UAE that can deliver on time, use them. And also, the price from these guys is AT LEAST marked up 100% - I found a quote for my same stickers, same size and quantity, delivered next day for LESS THAN HALF what these guys quoted. The initial quote from them was more than 3x the lowest quote I got. Awful company.

"UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE"

We are extremely disappointed with 64sec. After approving their quote and paying the deposit, they suddenly increased the price by 60% due to their own mistake in calculating the cost, forcing us to cancel the order.
Despite their error, they have not prioritized resolving the issue. Even after canceling three weeks ago, our refund remains unprocessed, which has been truly frustrating.
Because of their negligence, we missed an important deadline to deliver corporate gifts to our clients on the timeline.
It was a disappointing experience, marked by unprofessionalism, incompetence, and lack of accountability.

Unprofessional.
I made my boxe with this company , communication problem. The désigner almost made 6 to 7 times mistake for writing. It was just to copy letters.
I say myself it's ok ! Some days after I made user guide ( 100 pcs ) and 20 of them were not useable.
I mention that the quality of paper was good.

To work with 64sec , you have to be behind them and sometime dl their job.

"Unprofessional work"

First of all, they delivered the product (stickers) like some unfinished work, second of all, all colors are very bad and not true to the colors from the artwork that were submitted, hence called them again to fix the issue that they made, but they asked for another payment for the mistake they made. after all, when they deliver the 2nd stickers, i dont know what has been fixed cause there were no difference. unprofessional at its best for how they handle their work, for not resolving the mistake they made and for making the their costumer double-paying for their mistake.

Ordered business cards they missed the promised delivery slot and before that trying to find out when they would be delivered was hard.
When they did turn up they left the i off Dubai even though it was on the approved proof.
So cards unusable and they have failed to respond with a solution or refund.
Terrible customer service not a problem to make a mistake if you put it right

64 seconds committed fraud and took my money and lied to me for months that they will return my money but they still have not done this until now.
The customer service team and top managers are dis-honest and do not have a clue about customer service.
Never deal with this company or people Ramya and Mr Khanna!!
