"Long term review"
I don't normally leave reviews, as I don't like doing so too early in case something then goes wrong and I can't change it. I generally forget to then leave a review later on! This time I have remembered...
I originally bought a Hyundai, self-propelled, pull-start lawnmower about 2 years ago(?). At the time I wasn't sure what I needed to get, but they were very helpful when I spoke to them before buying.
Unlike lots of other online companies, they actually have a UK landline phone number, which gets answered by a human! They were happy to help answer questions both before and after buying. They listened to what I was after and suggested some options and explained the differences between them. They didn't seem to be trying to upsell to me. I felt like they were suggesting appropriate mowers, rather than trying to push more expensive machines on me, which was pleasantly refreshing.
The person I spoke to made it clear how long the manufacturer's warranty was on the mower, and that they would help me liaise with the manufacturer should anything go wrong with it. They only really have to help for the first 28 days (I think?), after that it becomes the manufacturer's responsibility. After a month, most companies would just give you the phone number (or worse email) for the manufacturer and pass you off to them, but the person that I spoke to reassured me that if something went wrong after that initial period, they would still do all they could to help.
Nothing has gone wrong with it though and I would feel confident to buy the Hyundai mower again. It was reassuring to know that they would help me and would have talked to the manufacturers for me if it had though (as they have for a friend of mine, which was one of the reasons that I ordered from them in the first place). They actually still help you a long time after they legally have to.
I have spoken to them more recently about other items that we were looking to get and I have always found them extremely helpful. I am wondering if I am starting to bother them with my never-ending questions, but they don't seem to mind and always seem willing to help. Even contacting them after I have bought something, they are still helpful, so they aren't just being nice to get the sale, but customer service seems to continue afterwards as well.
Delivery was pretty quick and when we expected it to be, so there isn't much for me to say on that front.
I will happily be ordering from this company again and I just wish more companies were like them!

You may have seen my recent review in relation to my purchase of a hyundi lawn mower fro Lawn and Power.
Things have moved on a bit I have now been contacted by the CEO who has also refused to honour his commitments under the relevant acts and will not provide me with a refund
I have had further emails which I will include in my legal action
The CEO and his henchman have told me that I must carry out certain mechanical works to the mower
I am 70 and have recently had a major operation and as I have told them all I am not a mechanic
On a connected matter this unit cost well in excess of 500 pounds
Do not buy a hyundai mower they are unreliable and made primarily of plastic
I have always had Haytor and honestly although they are a bit more expensive they are streets ahead of a product made in Korea from plastic
I will keep you all in touch with my progress but you will see that this company is rated bad by 10% of its customers on trust pilot which says it all They do not care once they have your money its over
Incidentally nobody has never apologised to me for the problem

Great company, brilliant staff who are very helpful. I note some people have complained about delivery, mine was delivered a day later than it should have been, but that was not the fault of Lawn and Power, it was TNT who were at fault, but the staff at Lawn and Power intervened and got it delivered the next day, otherwise the delivery would have been a few days later, thank you for your help.

"Speedy delivery!"
Ordered a lawnmower Sunday evening, received confirmation of payment but not of order. I rang to check that they had received the order Tuesday morning to discover that the confirmation had slipped into my Hotmail junk folder. Seems Hotmail has a habit of doing this. Very pleasant and helpful chaps at Lawn and Power! Reassured they had the order I relaxed to await delivery later in the week. It actually arrived 20 mins after my telephone conversation! A great service.

Hyundai 510SPE lawnmower. Very easy to assemble about 15mins. Started first time out of the box. First time I used it the grass was wet there was no slip from the drive wheels. Very pleased with my purchase.

"Hyundai HY27550 Compressor"
The Hyundai HY27550 compressor is a really good piece of kit. It has enough pressure for my needs and it's fill rate is excellent. It was easy to set up and I had it up in running in about five minutes. Delivery was the next working day. Overall, I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend it for anyone considering the purchase of a compressor and would recommend buying it from lawnandpower.co.uk

Following a fault with my mower I contacted the customer service dept by email , within a hour or so they contacted me (Taz).
Taz talked me through the returns process and what to do next at every step of the way and through to the arrival of my new mower Taz kept me informed , I will definitely be using Lawn and Power again because the price is competitive and the staff are very knowledgeable of each product they sell, if you are unfortunate enough to have to return products then you will be in safe hands , Taz went over and above and is a real asset to Lawn and Power and this should be recognized , thank you I will be in contact shortly to order more high quality gardening tools to keep my very large garden in trim .

"You know how good a supplier is when something goes wrong"
I bought an Ego strimmer coming up 2 years ago. This week, I tried to use it for the first time this season and the battery had failed. I contacted the vendor, Lawn and Power, with my problem by email. They resonded within minutes, and with further information liaised with the manufacturer. Within 24 hours I was advised a replacement battery was on its way. I think this is exceptional customer service and to me the sign of a reputable supplier when they are truly needed.
