"Absolutely superb customer service"

Absolutely superb customer service. Having researched acoustic wood panels for quite sometime, I decided to order with Natural Walling, mainly because the cost was more competitive, but also because of the positive reviews on trust pilot. There was another company that was in a similar price bracket but had poor reviews down to their customer service/after sales. I only have good words to say here, the quality of the panels are great. I was called by the office to be given updates around delivery etc. Sadly the packaging was damaged on receipt but i contacted the office with photos and they immediately got in touch to apologise, explain they were in the process of agreeing a contract with a new courier and then organised replacing the damaged panels. The boss even drove to my house to hand deliver the replacement! In a world now where its so easy to purchase products at the click of a button, customer service is really key to the experience. it's something that is definitely lacking these days but i'm happy to report it has been a pleasure dealing with Natural Walling.
