" First visit "

Had my first visit with HB Dental and all went well. Travelled from Northern Ireland. Friendly team and I was well looked after starting with luxury private transfers from airport to hotel and also transfers to the clinic for my appointments. Jemma, their coordinator is very helpful and is on hand for any advice including places to visit and places to shop. Looking forward to my second visit in a few months to finish treatment.

"I was ripped off by this dentist clinic"

I was ripped off by this dentist clinic and hope my review will help others. They charged me £320 for a quick cleaning and a filling. Only after checking prices in other clinics I realised that they charged me 300%+ higher than the average cost of such service in Turkey (max £50 for filling and £60 for cleaning. When I contacted them later asking why did they charge me that much, their answer was that it is my fault because I agreed for this price. Long story short I thought that whitening was included because they charged a person who recommended them to me £260 for cleaning and whitening. Treating theeth is not something I do every day and I was not aware of prices. As often in Turkey, they look for a milking cow and do not apply everyone with a standard price list. Another, even more shocking thing is that they immediately started offering me removing my root canals but not replacing a filling. And only after I insisted for looking for an opportunity to save my tooth they "found out" that it was a healthy one. Postmath I realised that they were ready to kill my healthy tooth for maximising their profit which was already reaching the sky in my case. Think carefully before trusting a lovely smile and being tempted to have a hotel and a transfer included. People who publish reviews about implanting a full mouth are excited with the change of their look just right after the treatment and placing reviews. You never know what will it be in a year, five or ten. You don't know conveniencesif case something will go wrong with you, as you don't have any warranty or any insurance or any protection in this country. They are so nice before you pay them and turn to aggressive people after. I hope my review will save people's health and money.

From my consultation in Glasgow I was made feel more than welcome, once in turkey at hb dental all the staff were amazing, telling you everything they were doing at each and every step and making you feel comfortable, I was very nervous going over to have treatment and this made me feel a bit more relaxed , they all went the extra mile to look after you especially Jemma! Home with my temporary teeth just now but looking forward to going back over to have it all finished and have my perfect smile

I received a smile I was dreaming about for years :)

This was not a one days decision, and its toked me years to even consider this option! I heard/read a "Lot of cases" about process to change your teeth completely, so before I made this decision - I needed to be sure I can find a clinic I can trust to make this life changing procedure for me.
I had a chance to meet HD Dental clinic representatives last year in June (in Leeds) and within first meeting they gain my trust completely and I knew - I found the right clinic and made a right decision!
Even before arrival communication was clear and expectations where meet!
At arrival I was greeted by a lovely gentlemen who transported me to the hotel! Vip transfers was provide for all my journeys - from clinic to hotel and to the airport!
Now to the best part :) From moment I stepped in clinic, I was greeted by such a lovey people, - starting with our coordinators Burak and Tuba (Thank you so much you both for everything :)) and of course my dentist/nurses and receptionist girls. Everyone was so friendly, lovely and supportive.
There was no time wasted and all process started on the same day! Xrays/scans/consultation and procedures! I was explained ever little detail, so I knew what's following and what to expect. No pain, but I'll be honest it's a little bit uncomfortable - but it's normal - as your teeth and whole mouth is going through a lot :) You get your temporary teeth immediately, so no issues walking around and enjoy your free time :) I was also provided with pain killers what helped to ease the pain.
In last day when my new teeth was fixed in - the perfection my dentist done for me was unreal! I had crowns before and its toked days to get used of it - but here I walk out like no change ever been made! Teeth is a bit sensitive, but again - it's normal, you just need to get used of it!
I can't express enough how grateful I am and I would definitely recommend HB Dental clinic from bottom of my heart. This was my first visit (my process will contain two visits as I had tooth extraction) so I'll definitely come back with updated review after my second visit!...... Meanwhile if this is not enough to convince you, go to they social media and you can check results there - they are amazing :)

Excellent service from start to finish, nothing is to much for these guys and can’t rate them high enough having already been to a densit in turkey and had a bad experience these guys fixed everything for me. The teeth are quality and natural look amazing

Just had xmax crowns down from this company and the staff are very friendly and very helpful from start to finish from burak to the female dentists to all the staff I can't thank them enough for giving me my dream smile and I would highly recommend to anyone coming over for treatment to use HB dental

I'd definitely recommend HB Dental. After days of research and comparisons I went to Birmingham for a quick informal consultation.
Halime and Ihsan couldn't have been more friendly and informative.
Spent 5 nights in Antalya late October - treatment went as I had hoped. 2 implants, root canal, bone graft and crowns for the rest of my teeth. Great value compared to the quotes back in the UK.
Dental practise was modern and clean and all the staff very friendly.
Results are great - and just back from a check up back in the UK 4 months later where they confirmed a good job.
Ihsan was a star and couldn't have been more helpful - with the bonus of guiding us around the market for a little clothes shopping. (It's his fault I spent loads on genuine fakes of a great standard and had to wear most of it on the plane to avoid the extra baggage costs!!)

I can't recommend this company enough! I went from mis-shapen,broken and missing teeth to a perfect smile 😁 (26 crowns fitted) added in I have trauma from the 'dentist' in Glasgow so I was terrified of any work at all.
This was a seamless and painless process with the utmost professionalism and the care and attention to every single little detail is astonishing to be honest,never been to a dentist like it and treated so well.
The premises are beautiful and stylish with the most up to date technology available and the staff are absolutely brilliant,from the front of house,the xray nurse,the nurse for digital scans and a huge shout to the dentist herself and her assistant who were extremely kind,gentle and always made sure I was comfortable and never felt anything through the whole process.
My last special mention is for Burak,I met Burak at the consultation in Glasgow and we kept in touch over the next 8 weeks while I made the descision to have this treatment,he was never pushy and answered all my questions and helped explain everything which helped my fear however he really came in to his own at the surgery in Antalya.
It almost felt like i had a personal assistant who was checking in on me to make sure every single detail of my treatment was the very best it could be,always at the end of the phone through the week I was there for any questions or queries,dental related or for Antalya itself.
I'd go as far to say I made a good friend and I'll certainly be popping in to say hello when I'm on holiday in the area.
If this is something your considering I fully endorse going along to a consultation-meet Burak,the dentists and the amazing staff and see for yourself,I promise you will be very impressed.
