"Fake or Defective Product – No Refund Policy"

I recently placed an order on this site after confirming with customer service that the product was original. However, when the product arrived, I noticed differences in its texture and color compared to the expected standard. Despite giving it a try, the mask felt completely different, and after 10 hours, there was no noticeable effect on my skin—something that seemed highly unusual.

Additionally, the sunscreen I received had an unexpected brown color instead of the usual transparent or skin-toned appearance. Even after shaking the bottle, a watery liquid separated from the product, which raised further concerns. I recorded a video of this issue and shared it with customer service representative Margot, but I did not receive a response. These inconsistencies made me question the product’s authenticity and quality.

When I raised my concerns about the differences in texture, color, and packaging, I was told that variations were due to "old and new packaging differences." However, my research suggests that all products should have a foil seal under the lid, which mine did not.

Due to these inconsistencies, I requested a return, but the company refused, stating that "they sent a perfect product, so a return was not possible."

If you value your money and your skin, I strongly recommend reconsidering before making a purchase. I regret not opting for a professional clinic where authenticity and quality are guaranteed.

I will also be sharing my concerns with consumer protection authorities for further investigation.

Following the customer representative’s response, I would like to ask the following:

Did you send a product with a different color than Cosmelan 1, right (I sent to you pics.) ?
Is the consistency more liquid than should be?
Are there differences in the packaging what I recieve?
The peeling showed no effect even after 10 hours—is this normal?
The sunscreen has a watery liquid leaking separately from the cream—is this supposed to happen (you have video)?
Are these issues related to my skin type, or are they product defects or fake? If this is an original product, why are there noticeable differences from the authentic version? Who is responsible for these inconsistencies—the seller or the customer?

Despite repeatedly addressing these concerns, you just told me about product is orijinal. If that is the case, what explains these differences? As the seller, you are responsible for this. In that case, you have sold me a defective product.

And if what you said was true and I had received a truly problem-free and orjinal or perfect product, we would not have these problems.

I am genuinely curious about your return and refund policy btw.
