I purchased a heavy duty stainless steel grill from these guys recently and received excellent service. I called to confirm postage costs to my area in S.A., the guy was very helpful. Item was dispatched quickly and I received it within 5 days. The grill was as described on their site and seems to be a high quality product. I have no hesitation in recommending BBQ Spit Rotisserie to anyone looking for bbq related products.

WARNING , This company is vile . Spent thousands and wouldn’t exchange a faulty item under $100 . Scared my family ( women ) and are just dishonest and stingy . Do yourself a favour and go to Bunnings for a great deal . These people are scavengers and their stuff does not last long it’s all Chinese with stickers . Staff is a disgrace and takes months to get to some sort of manager and then he’s a even bigger snake

great teem , top product ,as a chef i cannot fault the product 5 years ago we brought out first spitroast we now have 3 units 1cypres and 2 spitroast 1 1200mm and 1 extra large for whole pigs, work great still as good as new , best value for money spit i have used in 45years as a chef the cyprus spit and kabab unit work better than units that cost $2500 and impart great flavor

Their courier tried to deliver the item at 5am to a business address, twice, and when there was no answer at the door, they returned the item, WITHOUT calling me once, to arrange delivery.

Furthermore, it was a struggle to obtain a refund (but they only refunded the product cost, not the shipping fee). I then had to argue with BBQ Spit Rotisseries about refunding my shipping fee as well, referring them to their own Shipping Policy which, at the time, did not specify that shipping costs would not be refunded.

I won't be buying from them again and recommend caution to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.

This all too place in Mar, 2022. I hope that since then they have improved.
