They were polite and respectful and did an amazing job switching out my mums old boiler with a combi, redid the gas pipes and replaced a number of radiators as well as a few other plumbing jobs. Ben priced up the work beforehand so it was very clear and stuck to it. Best plumbing and heating company we have used.
