"This company is a joke"

This company is a joke! It's a waste of your time, don't go with them. First I booked 2 viewings online and I though it was good as easy to do so. But then, Franky cancelled both viewings and after several days of chasing every day by text, he was still unable to organise a viewing, making excuses involving the tenants (I precise that the properties were supposed to be available either immediately or within the month, so moving date was close). So unprofessional and time-consuming for nothing.

Storm Eunice has hit our flat in central London. We had water leaking from the roof and lighting issues. RentLondonFlat team has quickly sent a professional to fix the leaking and within a few days, everything was repaired.

Due to an unfortunate coincidence, one week later, on a Saturday, we had issues with the boiling system. In a few hours, everything was sorted out and fixed.

I am so thankful to have had my first rental experience with Rent London Flat! Shannon was and is an absolute STAR, she was very friendly/helpful I got lost and she came out to direct me to where the flat was actually situated, she checked in with me throughout the whole process l really felt supported throughout the whole process

I was worried about noise pollution from outside and she said she was happy to wait for the next train to come just so that I felt comfortable with the sound that would be coming in - I really really appreciated her patience with me as I’ve found other companies to be very pushy however she really took her time so I am so thankful for that!

Fathy was an absolute pleasure - such a bubbly and kindhearted man, he wished me many blessings upon my arrival to collect my keys/new chapter of my life and took me through the whole flat and we went through any imperfections and made a note of it, he also talked me through the water system and how to use it making sure I was comfortable and stressed if I have any concerns I should contact them immediately

Overall my experience so far with the RLF team has been so so pleasant and I’m so thankful that I have had my first rental experience with them

This is literally the most unreliable agency I’ve ever contact with and time wasters are their real name.
So avoid of this agency if your Time is valuable.
