"Sandi was blessing for us"
Sandi was blessing for us. She provided a lot of information, in a timely manner that was not overwhelming. She listened a lot to what the circumstances and needs were, and gave us access to virtual tours and system virtual meetings to hear providers Sandi thought could meet our needs. She was always accessible (even after hours) and followed up after we made our choice.
In short, our trust in her was justified.

"Care Patrol is a blessing!"
Rob jumped right in and took control of a very stressful situation with is exactly what I needed. His expertise along with his compassion was a pure blessing and alleviated my worries. He followed up with me daily, he also advocated for my dad during care/discharge planning meetings. Rob always had my parents best interests at the forefront. Care Patrol is on point and I would recommend their services to anyone needing help with elderly care planning.

"Humane, Thoughtful, and Expedient Service"
In March, my mother found herself in sudden need of custodial care (with limited time to identify, vet, and secure placement in a home before being discharged from a skilled nursing facility). Thankfully, I was both recommend and encouraged to contact CarePatrol, and I had the opportunity to work with both Reza Mir (for Orange County) and Diana Ramirez (Riverside Country).
Through Reza's meticulous guidance, patience, and education, I was able to understand exactly what kind of care options I needed to consider for my mother, and what was possible within our given budget. Within a day, he was able to source several quality homes in Orange County, talk me through the pros and cons of each, and answer all my questions about the process. He made time for me, day or night, and even attended some virtual tours with me when asked. Reza continues to check in to see how me and my mom are doing.
When it was clear that Riverside County was going to be a better location for my mother, Diana swooped in and saved the day -- finding another set of affordable options that matched my mother's needs and budget (again, all within a day). She helped me set up virtual tours with nearby homes, also was quick to answer my questions, and helped coordinated the paperwork on our behalf once we made a decision. She even visited my mom after she was admitted, and continued to check in with me to assist with any concerns or issues.
I will likely use CarePatrol in the future and would absolutely recommend their support to friends and family. I am so grateful a service like this, and agents like Reza and Diana, exist. They're lifesavers. :)

"Alot of questions I failed to ask"
Alot of questions I failed to ask, that I am NOW aware of to ask! Wish CarePatrol asked various QUESTIONS for me! These Care Centers SELL hard & present a ROSEY picture during their sale. However, once a resident arrives, it's different story! WISHED to have thought to ask JUST one (1) serious question? Is Facility FULLY staffed at 100%???? How OFTEN is there turn over? How long has Director been with Institution? Has Covid-19 effected turn over? Is facility forced to hire care takers that are new to the industry due to limited employment interest due to Corvid-19??
ALL these questions makes a HUGE difference in the CARE of your Parent! At Cadence Living Huntersville the turn around in ALL Staff, from Directors, Activity Director to Cook to Indivdual Care Taker, is: Days, Weeks, to 2 mos to 1 year! LOTS of issues to work out!!!. I've had to ask 4 times for several things; Took 2 wks for the following (as provided NO CHECK-IN Information Documents, only sales). Such as..."Weekly Menu", Salon Visit, No real help with Dad to dress in AM; out of PJs, Matching Shoes. Receive photos of other residents, seldom photo of Dad with fellow Memory Care residents that are in his Assessed Level 1. The Patient Portal App. of Daily schedule for Dad says "Out Door Nature Walk at 4-5pm". This ONLY occurred once. IF things dont improve in the next 6 wks, Dad is relocating. His happy postive attitude during this HUGE change in his life just crashed after 2 wks due to waiting for several events to occurr; hair cut & pedicure and specially NO dinner on Easter at 5/6pm due to NEW care taker and shift change; staff communicating poorly! Dad's Trust level is being lowered as something else is happening inside & improvements are NOT being made on a timely bases....due to numerous new staffing that continues to fail.
Best Regards.
