Great experience. Friendly and attentive customer care, great quality logs, but what really made a difference was the driver. Such a nice guy and very helpful. A refreshing change!

Always excellent service. The online ordering system is very straightforward and delivery has always been prompt and courteous. Logs are very good quality and kiln-dried, maybe not the cheapest but as the heat output from them is considerably better than lesser alternatives, it works out to be good value.
