From that visit I knew that if I wanted to have any work done I would go to him. Few years down the line I decided to go ahead with his recommendation and I regret not having it sooner. He took his time explaining everything and answered my questions thoroughly. On the day of the procedure I felt at ease and confident in his hands. Dr Ken and Sindy are a fantastic duo! After my consultation for pinnaplasty, Dr Ken advised the best procedure for my protruding ears. Sindy was immensely patient with my back and forth emails, as I was indecisive on the surgery. I finally went ahead, with the surgery, my only annoyance is not having the procedure sooner. Ken was fantastic through the whole process and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend for professionalism, patience, reassurance and quality of surgery.
