I ordered my product and it's been three months I still did not get my delivery. I message them but get response after 15 days. It's very disappointing. I think I got SCAMMED!

I strongly advise against this site. More than 2 months after my order, I still have not received my item. The seller responds to me every week that my package will arrive next week. The seller provides you with fake tracking numbers to make you wait and gives you a different explanation every week. Don't get scammed like me!!!

I made a purchase on May 21, 2022. After payment was made, I received a purchase receipt that was automatically sent to me by email. After a week without news about my order, I contacted customer support, through the contact form available on the website, and the answer I got is that they cannot locate the order...
I provided the information requested and a few more, the print screen of the email with the payment receipt, the name of the payer, the payer's address, the item purchased, proof of payment from the bank... after having provided all these information, from customer support they told me nothing more.
Dear Sirs, I would like to receive specific information about the status of my order and the expected delivery date for my order. In the absence of the requested information, I will have to contact my legal representative and, for starters, the European Consumer Centre.
I wait for the answer as soon as possible.
