I read that their controls were thoroughly made to secure a customer is reliable. Sounds like not efficient.

The technology works as advertised, so there's alot to say about that.
It is easy to master, and allows you build a menu in under 30 minutes.
Streamlined marketing suite that supports ads, and a robust customer relationship management system.
There plenty I'm forgetting, but What makes the experience truly enjoyable is how responsive the support team is. They genuinely try to help you, and succeed at doing so.
Finally, I like how the team keeps working hard to improve the experience. They're a great company, period.

The integration team is excellent and deserves 5*. Very helpful, responsive, and even if it is out of their work scope. Just love working with them.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the account manager and therefore I am deducting the 1*. Responsiveness is lacking a little.
The product and dashboard is easy to handle and set up. I love the dashboard and the new features being introduced regularly.

Chatfood has been a good help for my business, even tho as a small business I would improve the cash-flow cycle to 2 weeks instead of once a month as it can put is in challenging situation sometimes.
Also in term of pre schedule order, it would be great to be able to choose a date instead of the next day by default.
Other than that the customer service is great and I highly appreciate Vanessa, my account manager who is always very prompt in her answer to opt request.

The system is well made. It would be nice to have two different menus for two different outlets. Also, there should be a 24/7 customer service number available for emergencies.
