I can honestly say this company is amazing even with the pandemic going on they went out of their way to accommodate me when my package arrived damaged, the seal was broken which was not the companies fault they replaced my magma juice AND DOUBLED IT FOR THE Inconvenient! With everything going on the amazing costumer service is greatly appreciated

Ordered replacement coils over two weeks ago. Asked them to add another to my order and just charge me. They cancelled the entire order. Beyond pissed me off. 3 weeks on a shipment is ridiculous. About to dispute charges for lack of IQ and paying for something I never received. WILL HAPPILY PAY A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS TO A COMPANY THAT DESERVES IT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

It’s incredibly obvious the angry lady who gave a bad review didn’t know what she was doing and had to have attitudes from the start. (Call the news??? Lol!) Normally, no vape stores take products back and everyone knows that... but, Gorilla vapes HAVE given me refunds before when I wasn’t expecting it at all, no questions asked and both times it WAS MY FAULT! Probably helped that I’ve been a customer for a while and they know I’m not trying to get over or take advantage. But I can’t go anywhere else. The people who work at Gorilla Vapes in Beachwood, NJ are literally the nicest people I ever come accross, I can’t even imagine or believe for one second that they would get an honest review that’s less than 5 stars... ever. Every other store I go into or website I shop at, the ppl who work there just hate their lives and want to ruin your day at all costs. (Kind of like the girl who gave a bad review...) If they don’t carry something I want to try or need, I actually just told them in an email too, that I would rather suffer and find something else they DO carry rather than trust anyone else. Delivery comes NEXT DAY, always, every time. You just can’t beat it. (I live in NJ) but it must mean so much to them that there’s zero slacking or hesitation to get the package out the door to me. I just can’t spend my money anywhere else, period! This is my 100% honest review and exactly how I feel.

"This place is unbelievably stupid"
Went in to buy coils and the guy gave me a different brand than I normally buy, I told him I normally don’t get that brand (eleaf) that I always get aspire brand. He then told me that the brand doesn’t matter and assured me that the eleaf brand would work. Next day, I put the coil in and primed it but it still gave me a burnt taste, tried to take it out and it the coil was stuck to my mouth piece so I wasted a full tank of juice. Next day I go in and tell them the problem, they said it was giving me a burnt taste because the coil had no cotton which made it defective. So I then try to return the eleaf coils to exchange them for not only the right coils but also coils that werent defective. “Do I have my receipt?”
No! Who saves receipts?!
THEY COUNDNT TAKE THE UNOPENED 4 THAT WAS FAULTY AND SOLD TO ME BY A LEAS THAN SMART PERSON THAT APPARENTLY KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE PRODUCTS HE IS SELLING! So I asked to buy 1 coil that was the right one, and non defective, his reply was “we don’t sell single coils” you’d think since this was 100% their mistake and the manufacturers mistake they’d make an exception but who am I kidding. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. K&D vapes would never treat their customers this way. I will never go back! Unbelievably outraged!

"Vineland Gorilla Vape"
Purchased a Vape and batteries on 1/22/2019 as a gift for my boyfriend. A guy named Shaq set up the vape. Unfortunately, the batteries were dead and we could not get the product to work. The vape should work at the minimum of 40 watts to 70 watts for first time users, I am a first time user. Tried the vape at 126 watts. The vape started to crackle, making popping noises and burnt my lips. At 126 watts, some smoke came out but very little. Went back to the store an hour later to return the product. Manager Fern stated that since the product was used I was unable to return for a refund. I asked for an exchange but they stated that they sold me the last product which had been on display. So this means they sold me a used item and did not disclose that information. I spoke to the Owner, Sarah and she stated that she would have the guys test out the product to see if it was defective. She stated that she would refund the product if it was indeed defective. During this test, the guy Shaq had trouble getting the vape on. The vape started to pop and crackle when in use at 40 watts, that's not supposed to happen. Shaq had a hard time shutting off the vape, that's not safe. These vapes have a history of exploding when they are defective. However, the Owner Sarah still disagreed and stated that she sold me a new product and that it was not defective and that those signs of popping and cracking with extreme heat to the lips are normal. She would not give me a refund so I reported this to my credit card agency and the Better Business Bureau. I would like a refund for this product. I do not have a problem with taking this to the news or social media platforms. Thank you.
Note to all buyers... The vape they sell can be bought online for half the price! Just go to their store and look up the brand, you'll see for yourself!

"Best Vape Store Ever"
This company is great. The online system they have is great. They have awesome prices and get the deliveries out within 24hrs tops. I have also been to a couple of there stores and every person that works at them were great and knowledgeable. They were the first place I went to when I started vaping through word of mouth and haven’t gone anywhere else since because of the great experience I had when I first walked in and I have every time I walk in. I feel that they really know how to do business and are willing to help you if you have any questions. My 2 local stores are keyport and Middletown if you guys are in the area your crazy to go anywhere else. I mean think about it why would you want to? They could make any juice you want seriously they have every flavor you can think of and can customize it how you want who else do you know that could do that and it’s all fda approved. All right let me stop jocking these guys I feel like a groupie haha but they are awesome

I recently ordered a sigelei kaos z and I think I got a great deal on it for 24.94 cents that's including shipping, it's easily worth 50$ in my opinion. Only couple things bothered me. First I noticed the next day that my order was awaiting shipment so I called and ask what the problem was and they told me they ran out of orange which was fine and had black, red, and yellow. I said that's great I'll take a red 1 because I wanted red or chromatic to begin with but they didn't offer chromatic. Waited and seen that the order didn't ship till the next day after that until the payment cleared even though I paid it with my visa debit bank card. I thought it was pretty ridiculous that I used a visa and they wouldn't ship till my payment cleared all the way 2 days later before they would ship, I normally order things and they ship right away so I felt this was ridulous considering I waited 6 days after the order for it to go from New Jersey till Ohio. I almsot didn't want my order by time I got it. Even if my order was delayed for their wevsite not being current they didn't call and I waited all day the next day and called around 4pm to see what the hold up was and they claimed it was the color, I really think it was a wait on a cleared payment considering I paid with a Visa. I'll order from this place again if they have a great deal on something but that's it. I've gotten juices from the west coast in 4 days. I will only order from them if I've got a week to wait.
