The product is straightforward and could be anticipated; a clear glass splashback. What I did not anticipate was how quickly the order would be executed (a couple of days), the trouble taken to contact me to verify my order before it was dispatched and then, when it arrived next day, to find how superbly well it was packed in its own custom made wooden frame. The splashback is in place now and looks superb in that it is scarcely evident and yet is doing its job in protecting the wall. Superb product and service.
