"Very mediocre..."

I am very disappointed in the service provided by this company. Although they were recommended by a good friend of mine, I would not recommend it to any of my friends in future.

After I got the draft of the potential translation, I found several major mistakes in translation. It was clear the person who did it, did not pay attention to detail, let alone proofread it before sending. Even the name of the person who requested a translation was misspelt. After having fixed some mistakes, they got back to me with the second version of the draft and yet the name was misspelt again...very incompetent.

This is very mediocre; I am deeply disappointed and do not understand how they can charge such big amounts for such an inadequate result.

"Nice people but poor translation"

I was sent there by AA to get an official translation of my French driving licence. I paid the 49$ fee to have it done in 3 days and it was done on time, so no problem there. However, there were 4 mistakes, which is a lot and surprising considering that a driving licence is a very short and easy translation. They forgot to put all my middle names in, and wrote (not once, but twice!) French instead of France for the country. They also put the wong city for the place of delivery of my driving licence, and put my birth place instead. They were really nice and did correct it right away, but considering the number of mistakes and the fact that I basically had to translate for them part of the document for the correction, I would have expected to be compensated and not pay 49$....

I corrected the translation, but you didn't sent me the mail which is written 'I correct the translation' and 'I posted you to the translation'
