Brought earning as a gift and paid for next day delivery, earning arrived broken, I contacted the store who advised it was Royal Mail who damaged them and to claim with Royal Mail. I literally spent money for no reason. Biggest mistake was going with this store, I don’t even want my money back I just wanted the item fixed. I thought the store would be helpful rather than shifting blame to Royal Mail and asking me to claim with them. If you want broken gold go with this store but don’t ask them to fix it cause it’s not their fault it’s the delivery service. Absolutely ruined my surprise. I now have to pay to get them fixed rather then waiting months for Royal Mail to fix the issue since the store is absolutely unhelpful


Update …… they emailed me to get it fixed unfortunately I have been in hospital, once I sent the package in I will update or delete this review if they do what was promised
