I recently had the privilege of performing my first Umrah under the guidance of Imam Ijaz, and I cannot express how incredible the experience was. As a first-timer, I was initially nervous, but Imam Saab made everything so easy and meaningful. From the very start, his deep knowledge and thorough explanations of the rituals, the history of Islam, and the significance of each place we visited made the journey so much more enriching. Imam Saab’s talks throughout the trip were amazing and guiding, really knows how to keep the audience engaged!

Everything was perfectly organised by Hope Tours, from the flights and hotels to the transport and Ziyaarats. Imam Saab’s constant care and attention to every group member’s needs, ensuring we were all happy and comfortable, truly set this experience apart. He checked in on everyone throughout the trip and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that felt like traveling with family.

Our experience with Hope Travels was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we began our journey, every detail was carefully planned, making it an unforgettable and seamless trip.

The accommodations arranged by Hope Travels were superb. In Mecca, our hotel was well-appointed with all the necessary facilities close by, and we had the convenience of golf carts readily available to transport us to and from Masjid al-Haram. This thoughtful arrangement made our experience in Mecca both comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself offered excellent amenities, ensuring a relaxing stay after long days of worship.

In Madinah, the hotel was conveniently located near Masjid al-Nabawi. The proximity to the mosque made attending prayers and engaging in ibadah incredibly easy.

A special mention must go to Imam Saab, who truly elevated our trip with his dedication and care. He was incredibly accommodating, attending to the needs of everyone, whether elders or children, with patience and compassion. His commitment to ensuring we visited every single Ziyaarat was remarkable. Not only did he guide us to these significant places, but he also took the time to explain their importance and history, creating a deeply spiritual experience.

What sets Imam Saab apart is the personal touch he brought to the journey. He went above and beyond by giving us a comprehensive tour of the Ziyaarats in and around Masjid al-Nabawi—something many other agents overlook. Each day, between Asr and Maghrib prayers, he would wait in the hotel lobby, available to answer any questions or address concerns. If we needed him day or night he was available to help and guide everyone. This gesture of accessibility and support was incredibly reassuring and showed his genuine care for everyone on the trip.

Overall, Hope Travels and their team made our journey to the holy cities truly memorable. From exceptional accommodations to unparalleled guidance, they exceeded all our expectations. We would highly recommend Hope Travels to anyone planning their spiritual journey—you’ll be in the best hands.

MashaAllah a 5* star trip under the guidance of Imam Saab, everything was perfect AlhamdulilAllah. It was me and my familys first time to the blessed lands and as as expected we were abit nervous and didnt want to make any mistakes in ihram etc but AlhamdulilAllah Imam Saab guided us throughout.

Imam Saab heart filled with love for our beloved Prophet Muhammad pbuh, gave thorough explanations of historic events thats took place in ziyraats trip which gave us all an eye opener of the struggle our prophet went through for us.

My kids really enjoyed it and benefitted from Imam skillset of speaking in English, Mirpuri, Urdu and Arabic. We all made some good friends.

My second time travelling with Hope tour's in 2024 and I can wholeheartedly say it was an amazing experience both times. Imam Ijaz was a brilliant tour Guide who guided us through the comprehensive ziyaraah of both Makkah and Medinah, explaining in detail the significance and history behind each individual ziyaraah. An incredibly knowledgeable imam who did a perfect job of ensuring that everyone was looked after and ensured that everyone had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be travelling with Hope tour's in the future and would encourage others to do so when traveling for Hajj or umrah. May Allah SWT bless Imam Saab and Hope tour's abundantly.
