The people at Prime 7 media have been doing exactly what they said they would from the start. They would give me a gentle nudge when I needed it to finish an edit and they encouraged my writing throughout the whole process. I can write a novel, but I am not good at marketing. They have got a TV interview for me and a press release that will hopefully get people to buy my book and enjoy it. This has been an amazing process!

"Interesting Experience"

Phone communication good but staff needs to speak better English. They spent time trying to find the right words or sounded like they were reading a script.

Interview with Logan was very professional & we touched on varied topics related to the book.

The only downside is that the personnel continuously tried to "sell" me services that an ignorant neophyte might buy into. No one seemed to understand that the book had been originally published in 1983 by a known publisher, that an "expanded" version of the book was published in 2011 by the same publisher, and that its "republication" in 2023 was done by another known martial arts publisher. Staff [except for Logan] continuously worked on the assumption that I "needed a publisher for the first book I had just written", which was far from the truth. Being an experienced author with a total of 9 books published starting in 1983, I think the support staff did not act in Logan's, PrimeSeven Media's or my best interest.

What a great opportunity to have an interview with Logan Crawford. The people at Prime Seven Media worked with me with practice interviews for weeks before to make sure the setting at home and lighting was good ( zoom meeting ) and to get me comfortable with the process. The program was aired on Roku TV and carried on YouTube. Included in this package was a news release email advertising. This was a reasonably priced marketing package for authors. For all of this I thank them

"The Magician is the antithesis of your claims"

I have read the services you offer and I am a bit confused that there is quality assurances such as editing, spelling and grammar corrections that you offer; however, you published one of the worst books I have ever read, 'The Magician' by Patrik Baudin. It contains myriad of mistakes from continual misspellings, poor grammar, photos improperly labeled and possibly used without copyright consent, and fine print that you must zoom in 100% just to read the rubbish. The book is is only 100 pages lone with only 40 % of text on most pages meaning you are really paying for a 50 page book which in not worth a dime or the virtual paper it is written upon. His work is a liability to your company's claims and promises of editing services which apparently skipped this book altogether.
