"Excellent service"

Excellent service - needed some bolts for a door handle which were supplied as standard. They kindly offered to send out even though we had not purchased originally from themselves although they were the manufacturer. Superb service.

What fantastic customer service! I needed to order some door knobs for my kitchen but the ones I wanted only had one pic available (on all the websites I checked). I needed to see the side of the door knobs before I was sure what to order (I know, I know!). So I phoned Urfic direct and spoke to George who couldn't have been more helpful. With Liz's help he kindly sent me pics of the door knobs from the side angle. Door knobs now ordered :)

I was sent a new one out, free of charge.
