I had a problem with my Harveys water softener. Harveys would not give support over the phone but required me to get involved with an expensive repair call-out. I described the problem to Wrekin who diagnosed the problem and sold me the parts needed to repair the softener. Well done wrekin, would recommend and use again for parts and possible new equipment.

This company knows what customer service means. I’ve had nothing but superior customer services since purchasing my water softener. I recently had some building work done and they move the water softener and broke a small part on the circuit board. I sent a picture and got a call the next day to tell me exactly what it was, and how to order the spare part and install it. A+ plus for service.

Instead, Paul very kindly spent 30 minutes on the phone talking me through checks and recalibration (which turned out to be the problem). What outstanding customer service, nine years after purchase. I had to order a new filter last week & mentioned I was moving, so would need to let the buyer know how it worked etc. The lovely young lady said she would send some instructions with the filter, arrived next day with a whole lot of information to pass onto our buyer.
