Very pleasant owner and helpful staff. Was the first store I went to and was happy with my choice but thought I would shop around. After the third store, I turned around and went back. Pleased with my purchase and would certainly visit them again.

I was lucky enough to be able to pick my engagement ring so headed to Hatton Garden. Platform was the first shop I went into. I tried on 2 rings before I found 'the one.' I had a nosey around all the other shops just to be sure, but it wasn't just the ring that took me back to Platform. The family run business is so welcoming and friendly it was so much more than just what we were buying it was the whole experience. We have also since been back to purchase our wedding rings. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. I tell everyone about the shop and will always travel the 240 miles to go back there to purchase any sparkles we may need (want!) Thank you so much Platform, you were my favourite part of wedding planning! x

Buying a piece of jewellery is such a lovely unpressurized business at Platform. They go out of their way to find the piece that's right for you and what you want rather than what they want to sell you. Their turnaround on sizing is amazing and they clean your other rings at the same time! Thank you, as always a great service.

Excellent service from initial conversations to purchase of the engagement ring. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and were far from pushy (unlike a lot of other jewellers I visited on Hatton Garden). I would highly recommend Platform for anybody who is looking to buy an engagement ring!
