Sadly not cooperative at all. Will never refund you even if their item is faulty. Very disappointed firstly after selling me replica perfume without telling me that it was not the real thing, it’s only when customers started returning items that I realised what went on. Their perfumes don’t spray and some don’t even work after changing spray mechanisms. I lost nearly £250 with this company. But I leave them to their Creator. The customer service before receiving money is great but after you’ve paid them that’s when you see their true form.

Their response is false, it was the month of Ramadan, sometimes they didn’t respond, other times the same person is acting as a worker, then the manager, I have no issue retracting my feedback if they chose to make things right. In this day and age during financial crisis this company chose to swindle me for £250! Let’s see how far this goes.

The ajwa dates were also very nicely packaged in resealable plastic bags.
