Excellent service from the Scotia team, in particular Mark and Ryan. My joiners fitted the windows, during this process Ryan provided technical support whenever needed; also at a weekend. I still have to fit the cills but don’t expect any issues with this. The windows look great. Thanks gents.

I have worked with Mark, Ryan, Sean and the guys at Internorm by Scotia on quite a few projects now and their product knowledge, dedication and attention detail is second to none. They have delivered some spectacular Internorm projects for their clients over the years and continue to exceed expectations on both customer service and the quality of completed installations.

"Superb product and service"

A superb product, so pleased with it. Took Mark's advice to go with sliding sash rather than Bi-folds due to our proximity to the sea - we also added the triple glazed option. It was a long process and Scotia, Ryan in particular, were very accommodating when we had constant delays at our end. The site has poor access so Drew worked with us to find the best delivery solution. Fitters were great, with no fuss despite a very cold January day and a seaside location. We now have a 3.6 metre window, right on the beach.

"Buy Bi-Fold"

We recently had an extension built, with Scotia providing the triple bi-fold doors into the garden.
Whilst they did not install them, when the builder had an issue with a slight draught coming through the seal, Scotia came out and adjusted them and resolved this very quickly.
We were offered two alternatives by our builder, one was considerably cheaper than the Internorm door, but having visited Scotia's Alloa Showroom and discussed with their team, we decided on paying the extra. It was a great decision, as was choice to get the doors with internal blinds built in. These work brilliantly, and are easy to adjust for privacy when required.
Seriously, do not be put off by the extra cost for the internal blinds. No worries about how to fit a separate blind or curtains, no curtain or blinds blowing in the wind when the doors are open, and best of all, no need to clean the blinds, as they are vacuum sealed in the unit.
The doors themselves glide open and closed with minimal effort, and they look great too.
Money well spent.

We decided to replace all windows and patio doors in our house as the old windows weren't air tight which caused a lot of condensation during the cold winter months.
Mark and Ryan have been extremely helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. The team who installed the windows were very professional and did a great job. The customer service has been excellent.
We are now looking forward to seeing the difference the Internorm windows will make to our house in the winter!

Just completed and moved into our new house in July, used Internorm tripple glazed UPVC/Aluminium windows and doors in place of the kit manufacturers timber windows. Delighted with the standards and quality of the Internorm units and service received from Scotia. We are quite close to a busy road and cant hear the traffic at all. We have some large sliding doors which were a little tricky to install but the guys at Scotia gave us excellent advice to overcome the problems. The doors work so well, very smooth and easy to operate. Externally and internally they look really smart. Would highly recommend the product and service from Scotia.
