Genuinely the worst experience of working with a solicitor we have ever had, and we didn’t even hire them! Sadly, the equally unhappy buyers of our apartment did, and it has been an absolutely terrible and stressful process for us all to endure. A most incompetent level of service riddled with a catalogue of suspicious delays, an obscene lack of communication with bizarre claims of lost paperwork and information, putting the whole sale at risk. They are not fit for purpose. It is absolutely baffling as to how Abenson’s can offer anyone a conveyancing service with a straight face. Do not even think about using this firm. You will regret it.
