This service is just first class. Easy to book and completely reliable. Driver was on time going and returning. Beautifully clean air-conditioned vehicle. No comparison to the hassle of driving yourself and using airport parking. Affordable luxury. Highly recommend.

We received an excellent, seamless service, being driven to Cardiff Airport from north Cardiff on 26 July and then picked up from Bristol Airport for the return journey on 31 July.

Our driver, Mr Shahir Ahmed, provided the perfect service. He was punctual, polite and kept in contact with us when we landed, as our flight was delayed.
The vehicle was comfortable and clean.

After experiencing a poor taxi service in Portugal - with a ‘no show’ at Faro airport from a local company, we were thankful that our UK experience was so reliable!

On behalf of the family, I cannot recommend ‘Just Airport Cardiff’ enough!

I would definitely use Just Airport again. From start to finish the service was excellent. The day before our scheduled pick up, we received details of the driver and his mobile no, what vehicle he would using together with the Reg No. then on the day of pick up Shahir arrived 5 mins early and the journey to the airport was excellent. On the return journey we arranged to be picked up at 22:45 but our flight was 15 mins early and when we got through to arrivals Shahir was there waiting. He was so accommodating when asked if he could drop two members of our family direct to their home and this was no problem at all. I would definitely be using and recommending Just Airport again. Thanks again for great customer service.

Driver was polite, on time and phoned me prior to pickup. Car was very clean and comfortable. The booking process online was also very efficient. My journey was not for the airport, I needed to return to Cardiff from Merthyr so it was slightly out of the ordinary. This was no issue for them. Would definitely recommend them.

"A very positive experience with Just Airport"

A very positive experience with Just Airport. The pick up and drive to the airport was on time and the driver was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. I like the email sent the day before which gives the driver details and a photo of the driver.
We had the same driver for our return trip and he was waiting at the airport when we landed. He made contact to let us know and to ask us to tell him when we were ready with our luggage.
I will use this company again without hesitation.

We were a few minutes late arriving at the pick up point and the driver was excellent. Used the best route into the city centre (even through a closed off street) and arranged the pick at a better place.
