I initially ordered on the 3rd of January and had to email customer service around the 10th with order number about my order not leaving the station. NOW to be fair, I did consider the winter storms that were passing through. Therefore, I remained patient. They finally moved shipment along in which I finally received my products on the 18th. I would like to order again but nervous about shipment because I received my TikTok orders faster than Ferebe during the winter storm🤔
Other than that, Packaging and quality of product was just fine.

My face lotion arrived in a damaged box and when I opened it the product had already been opened and someone had stuck their fingers in the lotion that I purchased.

Edit: The item did arrive on Jan 17th.

You need to check the screw tops on your bottles.....purchased Dawn gallon bottle with pump....it leaked in transit.....checked reviews....its been a problem before.
