Ed's Gaming Emporium embodies everything that is right with the collectables community. In the 23 years I've spent on this planet, this company takes the biscuit for best customer service experience - and it's not even close.
The highlight of the experience was the communication throughout, which really put my mind at ease. Ed is extremely thorough, friendly, and swift in his communications. Whenever I requested an update, I would get a reply shortly after.
The careful packaging was another positive element of the service. The item was protected by layers of bubblewrap which, due to the value, I very much appreciated.
Ed clearly cares about his customers. In summary, I would highly recommend this company for all your collectable needs.

I was looking to have my first grading done and with PSA currently not accepting orders I looked elsewhere. I looked up CGC and was pointed in Ed's direction. I followed the instructions on the site, filled out the form and informed Ed that I was sending them.
Ed had informed me that the prices from CGC were increasing so to get them in soon. I was informed that my cards had arrived with pictures of them which was appreciated. I was then sent the payment information and Ed confirmed it was put in that day before the increase.
All in all very simple and helpful from Ed, I am just awaiting for the cards to go through the process. I have more I am looking to get graded and will be using Ed again.
