Craig (LJ Wildly Property) is a landlord who is always there to help make your tenancy better. We rented between 2023-2024 and the place was well furnished and maintained. Unlike other landlords who charge as much as they can and are useless when you need your help, we could get in touch with the landlord over WhatsApp within hours, even during weekends, and he'd always be quick to fix anything or answer any questions. Craig even gave his own time to help at the end of tenancy with cleanup for no fee. Having just moved into a place run by a letting agency, it's even more clear how good we had it, and we'd have stayed if not for the distance to central Bristol. Would recommend renting with LJ Wildly.

Overall the condition of the house was very good, aside from one or two minor issues that Craig was more than happy to sort out in a timely manner. He was also very good with relaying and communicating any information we should need to know.

We have rented from him for about a year, and he seems very chill and quick to sort out issues. We have a WhatsApp group with him in and whenever we have an issue he is very quick to respond and get it fixed.
An example of this is when our back door stopped opening, he sent somebody out to fix it within a few hours, even though he was on holiday at the time I think.
Really night and day compared to previous landlords we've had.

Amazing, receptive and kind landlord. Any issues were resolved really quickly with no issues, which was really helpful when we had the stress of being third-year Uni students. House was amazing and landlord was really transparent and genuine - there were no hidden costs or attempts to take more money from us as with previous student housing experiences.

We are a group of 4, second year university students who have just moved into a property managed by LJ Wildy. The check in process was well managed with all aspects of the house accounted for using videos to show condition and any damage. There were a few issues missed here and there but we let the landlord know and it was sorted quickly and to a high standard. Was not much to fault with the check-in experience 👍
