"they don't cancel"
I made an order for a watch with them via amazon marketplace, and a couple hours later asked for cancellation via amazon's cancelation form (no way they could have missed it). Next day they dispatched the order and when i mailed them to tell them that I have canceled, they lied saying they never received the cancellation.
