"Payment problems, no delivery info, wrong date."
I placed an order with All Panels for the first time. When I checked up on the order the next day, PayPal said that the payment had been authorised, but that the seller hadn’t yet taken the funds, and the All Panels website just showed my order as pending. After an email and a phone call they put this down to a ‘technical problem’.
Their website has no delivery information at all, which is annoying.
When I did speak to them, they checked the delivery for me, and said they were due to arrive on Friday - this is fine, they were being delivered directly to the clients house. I booked work round this, and let the client know.
These panels are 4 meters long, and not easily stored in a terraced house. Turns out the panels were delivered early on Thursday. This could have been all panels trying to make up for the payment problem, but having materials turn up early can be as problematic as late. They checked the delivery day whilst I was on the phone - Friday was good for everybody, so it was annoying they couldn’t stick to this.
I won’t be using them again, my suppliers are a reflection of my business and this isn’t how good business is done.
