He was polite and helpful. It is obvious that there is a story regarding the departure of Nick Black for Money Map, and I don't believe he would just disappear without notifying his subscribers, but your rep. did a good job of sticking to the "company line" and stating steadfastly that the service we were given in exchange, without choice mind you, is better anyway. He did his best in a bad situation.

I was a Lifetime member of their Digital Heavyweights program with Nick Black. When they disbanded the DH's, they tried to pull a bait and switch when Nick Black left and I asked for a refund. My refund was supposedly based on 1 year when I had paid extra for the Lifetime subscription. Others members received bigger refunds even though we signed up at the same time. The entire process was a scam. Save your money and stay as far away as possible from them, you'll be better off in the end.
