The goods arrived well in advance of the fibre installation. My contact Maryam had sent me instructions on how to connect everything up. It was very straight forward. It went live at the appointed time and has worked flawlessly ever since. I am impressed with Xilinx.

Xinix were very helpful and supportive during the installation of the telephone system, which proved more straightforward than I imagined. Since then they have called me on a number of occasions to see if I have had any problems, which I haven't. Compared to what I was paying previously I think this package is far better priced.

I'm not very good with things technical so setting up my land line was a no go but one phone call to Xinix and the talked me through the set up in 2 mins and everything is now working fine

The Customer Service with XINIX is first class. We did have a complication with the bundle of 3 phones purchased but the Technical Department of XINIX sorted the hiccup out effectively and courteously and the phone setup is now working very well. Communication and assistance have been excellent throughout. I would highly recommend XINIX.
