"Terrible customer service"

Ordered XS they sent XXS - when I returned product and they they charged me. Ordered next size up and they were 6 inches to large. Returned them also, I am out over $20 and never got any clothes that fit. Support was no help - they told they would not charge for return fee for the second order -but they did anyhow. Not a reputable company.

Jackets I ordered fit well. On one jacket the embroidery was done sloppily, I don't think it will be intact after washing it.

I don't like that we cant exchange our scrub tops. A lot of employees are either to big or to small and we are stuck with them. Its the company's first time ordering. Not a good start

"Awful turn around time"

You don’t get told until after your order if something is out of stock. Greys anatomy scrubs are worthless - I have a whole in my pocket after wearing them once a week for two months. The idea of allowing your hospital to limit what you can get is sad AF.

Brandis in Customer Service has made my experience GREAT! There is no one specific date - as Brandis has assisted me for at least a month or more now and every time my experience has been GREAT!
1. Special Colors Needed set-up with embroidery
2. Assistance in ordering Lab Jackets and in time for Christmas with embroidery placed on them
These were just a few examples, and ALWAYS came through with whatever was needed within a day or two of what I asked.

Not to mention very personable and so pleasant to work with. Cannot say enough good about this person, except you need to clone them.
