I bought a plumeria, it was shipped out very fast and arrived a bit later than the projected date. The plant is beautiful and healthy.
I didn’t have to contact the store, but the overall shopping experience was great.

"Problemas con el transportista."

Es la segunda vez que compro una plumeria en Maxbestplants, la primera vez no tuve ningún problema y quedé muy satisfecho, pero en la segunda ocasión habían cambiado de compañía de paquetería, el resultado fue que tuve muchos problemas para recoger mi pedido. Hubiera preferido pagar un poco más y tener mejor servicio de paquetería.

I have ordered two Plumerias. Absolutely amazing plants from you guys!
One parcel got a bit stuck by the post-Fast reply by you guys and someone really cared about the customer. As a costumer I felt so comfortable! :))
Only thing I would recommend to use as filling material more of the soft plastic. The last order was shipped with hard rocks and so the plant lost two leafs. But no worries that is nature and will grow soon new :)

I can highly recommend this shop to everybody and will shop there soon as well!
